Scale
- 1 12-pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded turkey
- 8 ounces Brie or Havarti cheese, sliced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC).
- Slice the whole pack of rolls in half horizontally (don’t pull them apart), so you have a top sheet and a bottom sheet. Spread ½ cup cranberry sauce on the top layer and ¼ cup Dijon mustard on the bottom layer.
- Distribute the 1 ½ cups of shredded turkey evenly over the mustard.
- Add a layer of 8 ounces of sliced cheese, then place the top rolls back on.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in the microwave for 30-ish seconds, stir in 2 teaspoons of brown sugar until it’s mostly dissolved, and brush it over the tops. Pour any remaining butter over the top of the rolls.
- Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melty and tops are golden.
- Slice along the roll lines and serve warm.
